It always looks pretty, flowers in bottles and it's easy to do. I also use often just bottles or jars but also teapots, and all kinds of vases and dishes. I actually do not prefer a special container, it is about how much time I have to do the flowers.
ReplyDeleteHave a flowery new week!
Janneke
Hello Janneke, lovely to hear from you. Yes I agree, it does depend on time. I don't really have one favourite container, but am rather fond of jugs, of all shapes ans sizes. Have a good week. Love Linda x
DeleteSo pretty..I collect pitchers and jugs, but I use anything really..
ReplyDeleteLucy, thanks for your comments. I love old jugs, and didn't realise I collected them, but I suppose I do. They are great for flowers!Have a lovely week. Love Linda x

ReplyDeleteHello Linda, I love your little milk bottles, each flower looks so pretty! I love putting garden posies together in old jugs. My favourite is one I bought in a Brocante in France, a deep rich green. Everything looks good in it! Love Jane xx
ReplyDeleteHello Jane, thank you so much for visiting and commenting. Jugs are definitely very popular. I do tend to like the sort of arrangements you do best. Have a great weekend, love Linda x
DeleteI love your container.Using all the same flowers or different kinds both would look great.
ReplyDeleteHello Bonnie, thank you so much for your comments. Yes indeed a whole mix of different flowers would look very pretty. Have a wonderful weekend, love Linda x
DeleteLinda!!!!!! I have missed you! I am so late here. I have been moving my blog over to WordPress. My life with Google became a headache when my posts would not publish! I am finding myself once again smitten with Gypsophila! (We call it "Baby's Breath.) It's seems to have been out of fashion of late. We attended a dusk wedding last Summer, and the only flower used was Gypsophila. It was stunning.
ReplyDeleteI hope all is well will you and your family!
Hugs to Lois, she must be growing into a little lady.
I still smile when I remember your Elvis party! Such creativity in you, my friend!
